At Island Moves we provide two types of 60 minute classes: The Nia Technique offers a body centred class experience that works with your body. Choreographed routines to amazing music blend inspiration from martial arts, healing arts & dance arts into something really unique. bodyGROOVE is the simplest dance class in the world. With no complicated steps or choreography to learn or memorise everyone unites together in crazy simple moves to incredible music that makes you want to dance!
