I offer 121 & 122 PT sessions, bodytone, HiiT circuit's, weight loss programs, online advice and support, Boxercise class, Fitness classes, either in Puregym Nuneaton or at St James community hall down in Weddington Nuneaton. Been training myself in & out of gym, for last 26 years and now taking it further by giving my knowledge and skills back to individuals who want to improve their fitness, lose weight, and up for a new challenges. Currently I'm studying to become a Sports & Exercise Therapist where I'll be able to deliver sports massage, sports taping and rehabilitation exercises.
