Zebra Fitness is a business that specialises in Personal Training and Military Fitness Bootcamps. Fitness has always been a large part in both of Jess' and Tom's lives. Tom is a former Royal Marines (RM) Commando, serving for nine years and Jess is a fully qualified Personal Trainer (PT). Whilst Tom was serving in the RM he passed the intensive Royal Marine Physical Training Instructor (PTI) course and took numerous RM Recruit Troops through their 32 week training; from Initial Military Fitness (IMF), Battle Fitness Training and the Commando Tests with great success. He looks after Zebra Xtreme (Battle Fitness Bootcamps). Jess specialises with the 1:1 or small group sessions taking advantage of the ZF outdoor fitness area or the ZF studio.
