Fantastic experience: Was not a gym person took two goes to go in the door, now hate missing a session, we have a lot of laughs and the workouts are varied no time to be bored change each month. My golf has improved more strength & stamina my arthritis in my wrists was painful now almost gone both due to weights we do. Well worth coming in and having a try we will love to see you we are a friendly lot .

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've been to. Woman only community. The instructors are super friendly, approachable and helpful. The program can be customized for specific needs. The classes are fun and change monthly. There is a weight loss option and monthly check ups. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: After healing from a L4/5 spinal fusion operation last year, I decided it was high time to start getting some fitness back. I looked at the other fitness options available in Kerikeri, and decided they weren't for me. I'm now a happy newbie at Tailored Results. I'm enjoying both exercising alone and with the group sessions, and feel I'm now on my way to getting my fitness back.
