We don’t just hoop! We use the hoop as a resistance tool! This makes Powerhoop classes an excellent cardiovasular workout increasing muscular strength and endurance and improving motor skills.

You don’t have to use a hoop, all classes can be done without a hoop. Alternatively you can use your own hoop (at your own risk) or use a Powerhoop.

If you have never used a weighted hoop before I recommend you start hooping for about 3 minutes per day and incrementally increase it hooping on both sides. Please check with a health professional before using if you have any health conditions.
