Barre by Naomi

Barre blends the beautiful foundation of Ballet with fitness, Yoga and Pilates. This unique and fun class allows you to tone, sculpt and sweat without spending hours in a gym. This is a Female only class to allow women to feel comfortable and build confidence in a friendly environment. Barre is run by Royal Academy of Dance trained, Naomi Orr. Naomi has been running a successful Personal Training business for over 4 years and utilises her 25 years of Ballet dancing with her excessive knowledge of the body and movement.
