Reform pilates

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from lower back pain for the last 14 years following the birth of my second child. 8 weeks after starting with Pilates with Kelly and the team I was pain free. 6 months on and I am back to being able to lift and move heavy items and garden without causing injury, I haven't had to visit my physio in 6 months for the first time in 14 years. Highly recommend Reform Pilates!!

The knowledgeable trainers at this studio will challenge you at your level but are mindful and will help with any injuries you may have. Highly recommend :)
