Negative experience: Has changed alot since posting 4years ago with pervious owners.warkworth fitness centre. New owners have only been here 2years so my views have changed quite alot.

Positive experience: A friendly and no nonsense gym. Always a pleasure to visit.

Fantastic experience: Experience has been great so far....slowly but surely does it....as with any Gym motivation comes from the individual I think most have the expectation that it's the gyms responsibility to motivate....atmosphere gym staff gym members all play a part in the success of acheiving your goals... Facilities are great staff are friendly just need to make some gym buddies....so start talking to me people.....

Positive experience: Decent enough gym. Staff are great, full personal training programs included with every membership, but equipment is old and facilities generally a bit run down.

Fantastic experience: Definitely a 5 Star rating. The gym has a great range of equipment which is well maintained. The gym is extremely clean, and with lots of humour from Tracy it makes it all a very pleasant experience

Fantastic experience: A friendly place. I usually go around 9:00am so it is quiet and there is plenty of time to use all the equipment I want and work through my programmes within my own time frame. Staff are helpful and friendly. I just had updates of two programmes - upper body and lower body. The trainer worked these out for me and took me through them at no charge - bonus

Fantastic experience: In Dec 2015 I joined Gymspot after Tracey was recommended to me by my physio in Snells Beach and from the moment we meet I knew it was the right decision. 10yrs ago I had major cervical spinal surgery & because of this I deveolped Chronic Pain & have on going back issues. I've been to a number of Gym's both pre and post my accident, without a doubt I found Gymspot/Tracey, along with the rest of the staff to be fantastic. I also had weekly 1:1 sessions with Tracey which really made a huge difference and I really trusted Tracey when she pushed me to the next level. I would highly recommend Gymspot.
