Positive experience: Great place lots of kit 24 hr access. Staff have been great in providing assistance

Fantastic experience: Not what I expected from a gym - in a good way. Don't feel any judgemental for not being particularly physically capable. Rob and team are always welcoming and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Tried a few around Kumeū and this is by far the best gym and it is also reasonably priced. Equipment is in very good condition and better variety than other gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: One of the best equipped privately owned gyms I've ever used. Owners have a great afinity with the world of fitness. A reasonable range of group fit classes are also available, which is unusual with 24hr gyms. Pricing is pretty much aligned with the industry. Certainly would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere. Caters for all ages and fitness types. (I am 64, unfit and need to lose weight!) A number of trainers, all helpful and patient.

Negative experience: Lovely people however the equipment is dated and in need of replacing. The smell coming from the next door timber yard is gross and the smell from pita pit in the next room is highly distracting.

Fantastic experience: Co-operative and Helpfull staff. Nice and tide gym.

Positive experience: Its got a netball court which takes up most of the gym, so it feels like the gym is pushed to the side and can be cramped when there are many customers. Also the gym equipment can do with a bit of an upgrade as some are outdated and worn. Other than that it still does the job if your keen to get fit!
