Kia Ora, welcome to Aroha Nui Yoga. We offer yoga classes for women and men. Classes are Intuitive flow Yoga and accessible to all. I have more than 18 years experience teaching yoga and welcome you to our beautiful boutique studio in Helensville. Trained in Hatha and Restorative yoga, classes help you to let go of stress, gain strength and overall wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Linsey has created a yoga environment that is welcoming to all ages and abilities. Instructions are clear and people are encouraged to take poses only to their comfort zone. After an hour I feet stronger and more flexible. Her relaxation session is unhurried and assists sleep. It's an added bonus being able to choose if I want to participate on-line or at the yoga studio.
