Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed Kathryn's teaching from her humble beginings teaching anyone who could spare an hour, to now having her own boutique studio. Her passion for Iyengar yoga shines through, she is effervescent in her manner whilst upholding traditional teachings. Kathryn encourages us to develop a home practice and to accept failings as part of our yoga journey. Practicing lyengar yoga has given me direction and a stable foundation, enabling me to have the confidence to begin a daily practice. Classes at Yoga Boutique are small, six students per class ranging in ages and ability, working alongside each other under Kathryn's guide. Like attracts like and all the students in attendance are lovely. I would highly recommend Yoga Boutique. Kathryn also runs a stretch class incorporating stretches from martial arts, ballet. Fantastic experience: Thrilled to find a yoga studio in Riverhead , Kathryn is very knowledgeable and I enjoy being able to work at my own level of ability but appreciate being encouraged to gently push myself a little more in my practice. I feel in good hands and look forward to booking further classes. The studio is a great size with a maximum of six students in a spotless environment. Very impressed.
