Fantastic experience: Fantastic hatha class this morning with Keryn. Look forward to trying out other classes with my 5 class pass while I am here in Golden Bay. Totally recommend!

Negative experience: I went to my first class here last night and the teacher didn’t arrive until maybe five minutes before the class was supposed to start, she went through no effort to create any kind of atmosphere, There was no music there was no flow to the sequencing the teacher literally said Um let’s do this, um let’s do that... since there is no separate locker room someone’s phone was in the studio getting text alerts during class. I just attempted to go to another class tonight and it’s now five minutes after the class was supposed to start and no one arrived including the teacher... after last night I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try another class.... I drove 20 minutes to get here, what a waste of time and gas.

Fantastic experience: Sweet little Yoga Studio in the heart of Takaka. Absolutely loved it and would recommend to stop by if you are visiting the Bay, have a coffee afterwards, all walking distance.
