Positive experience: Kendra and Jayden are a lovely couple who run Avondale Bootcamps at Riversdale park which I've attended over the last few months. Kendas a great PT always leave her sessions sweating and feel great starting the day full of energy. Jayden is more relaxed but so friendly and encouraging especially for beginner level into fitness. Thanks guys you helped me get fitter over the past few months.

Fantastic experience: A great bunch of people and amazing workouts. There is something new every session to keep things exciting.. always a challenge but I love it! Highly recommend FDW to all!! You guys make me look forward to every sweat session. #riseandgrind #fdw
