Fantastic experience: I was training for the 2023 Iron Māori quarter, Sierra helped me to stay on track with training. She was flexible and understanding and ensured training fit in with my lifestyle. Compared to 2018 when I trained for the same event myself, I managed to cut 30 minutes off my time with the help of Sparkle fitness!

Fantastic experience: Sparkle Fitness has been amazing! I signed up for an off road marathon and knew I needed some help to get there and hope to cross the finish line. Sierra is super friendly and approachable, she understands what it's like to juggle work, family and training. She made a plan that I could manage. I built strength, fitness and confidence. I finished my marathon in a time I'm very happy with. I couldn't have done it without Sierra. I'm looking forward to continuing the training and planning my next race.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Sierra both for personal training and run coaching on the diamond coaching programme. Sierra creates personally tailored programmes and provides objective sensible advice to problem solving. She was able to give me alternative workouts that remained effective when I had a bit of an injury during training. I have never stuck to a training programme to this extent before - it has really worked with my schedule and taken the thinking/planning away from my brain. Although I didn't complete my goal event this was nothing to do with the training and in fact Sierra met me at one of the aid stations and gave me sensible and practical advice so that I was able to continue a bit further that I otherwise would have. i will definitely be continuing to work with Sierra on my future strength and running goals. Highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I’m just about to embark on the final week of Sierra’s sparklefit run squad, and have loved it! With easy to understand programming, which takes into account womens hormones, I’ve found it the perfect balance of challenging, rewarding and most of all I have rediscovered my love for running! Fantastic experience: Sierra responded to my request looking for a coach to help me with training and preparation for the 70.3 Ironman in Taupo. We had a zoom meeting to talk about what each of us expected and from the call a 22 week program was agreed and each session was targeted to my specific needs. At the start I wasn’t a great swimmer and not great on the bike but after a few weeks of consistent training I could see immediate improvements. Any questions or queries that I would have I would text Sierra and she would always get back to me quickly, we would have monthly zoom meetings to check in on how my progress was going and how I was feeling during the long cycles and runs and from that my program would be altered if needed, she offered plenty of advice on the nutrition side and when i should be eating and drinking. I did suffer from lack of confidence throughout the 22week program but getting the reassurance from Sierra that I’ve followed the designed program and that my work is consistent and to trust my training and on the morning of the Ironman event I was in the best place both physically and mentally. I completed the Ironman exactly in the time that I said I would like to get during out initial zoom conversation and most importantly I finished it strong. I definitely could not have done it with out the help and guidance from Sierra. I have a few other endurance events planned for this year and next year and I will definitely be asking Sierra again for her help.

Fantastic experience: I don’t exercise nor do I like exercise. I went to Sierra to help me get fit. Sierra puts the personal into personal trainer, with an approach that is motivating, judgement free and a gym that has become my 'safe place' to work muscles that have done very little in the last 15 years. Sierra will listen to you, help with goals, and create a program specifically designed to reach those goals. Sierra will continually improve and update your program keeping it relevant and even more individualised. Her help has resulted in significant improvements to my overall health, and I almost enjoy it!

Fantastic experience: Sierra’s group classes are fantastic. They have so many different modifications so no matter where you are on your fitness journey there is always something you can do. I’ve never been a person to exercise before work but since starting these classes I love it as it sets me up for the day and helps to motivate me for whatever the day may hold. Sierra’s classes are such a safe and inviting place to exercise and Sierra encourages you to do whatever you can manage. I never thought I would be someone who likes HIIT style workouts but Sierra makes it manageable and enjoyable. I can not talk highly enough of these classes and signing up to the weekly membership is so good at holding you accountable. I really look forward to my Wednesday and Friday sessions.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Sierra’s stretch and strength class for the last 9 weeks. I have been stretched in more ways than one! Not only have I worked out muscles to be come stronger, I have also worked on technique. She has taught me different exercises I could do from home and left me with lots to consider each week from the learning shared in class. I will definitely be returning. Sierra provides a safe environment to learn about how best to challenge our bodies while staying injury free by gaining strength plus stretching our bodies and our minds.

Fantastic experience: I set myself a goal of completing my first triathlon and enlisted Sierra's help. I'm so glad I did. She has coached me with kindness, patience, and unending enthusiasm to meet my goal. Sierra has gone above and beyond to ensure my success, even working around various injuries.
