Fantastic experience: Greg is awesome! His encouragement and knowledge has been incredible for me on my journey. His workout plans are easy to follow and he is great at tailoring them to your ability and adapting workouts so you can still hit specific muscle groups if the initial workout is too hard. I've lost 57kgs with Greg's support and am so much closer to my goals
Fantastic experience: OMG where do I start… I have been working with Greg now for 7 weeks and I am feeling absolutely amazing. My motivation has excelled to the point of being told try and stick with the 4 days of training not everyday. Greg’s fitness App is top notch it’s actually brilliant and so easy to follow. To have a program that changes every 4 weeks and have videos that you can click on to refer to a particular movement if you are unsure is awesome. Greg as a trainer is so passionate about what he does, is super friendly and an absolute book of knowledge. After just 4 weeks doing my program the changes in my body have been nothing short of a “wow” for me. I never thought it was possible to be able to make changes so quickly in both physical appearance but most of all mentally. I have never in my life been this motivated and excited to get to the gym each day. Fantastic experience: Greg is outstanding at what he does. His ability to listen to my needs and what my body is saying has allowed him to develop and fantastic program that has helped me change my body shape and made it extremely enjoyable at the same time. His professionalism is top class and he is available via the app to ask questions, which is huge for a 53yr old bloke who is new to this environment. Greg's communication during our 1 on 1 sessions is nothing but extremely helpful and encouraging, while also challenging you to improve each time (which i love). Apart from Greg as an individual, his Fitness App is simply brilliant! The videos of each exercise are priceless and take away the "I have no idea what i'm doing" fear when you first start. My plan is changed every 4 weeks and it keeps my mind and body fresh and excited for each session. Can't recommend Greg enough if you are looking for someone to help get you on track.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He has given me the confidence to embed regular gym sessions into my lifestyle. Greg has taken me through regular PT sessions to ensure that I am using equipment correctly, efficiently and pushing myself to make gains and meet personal fitness goals. This, paired with frequent use of the GT Fitness app has kept me motivated to get into the gym 4-5 times a week, something I never thought I would do. Greg keeps my gym sessions interesting and challenging but perfectly tailored to my ability and needs. He is mindful of injuries and it was through his training that I recovered from a major ankle injury and avoided surgery. Most importantly, he is an approachable, supportive and friendly face around the gym!

Fantastic experience: He is very friendly and helpful. The app he uses is easy to use and make going to the gym a lot easier. He listens to what you want to get out of your workouts and makes a routine to get you there. Changing up the workout evey few weeks is helpful so you don't feel like your stuck doing the same thing over and over again. Has made going to the gym actually enjoyable, which I never thought I would say haha.

Fantastic experience: Greg is a fantastic personal trainer. I was unfit and barely ever stepped foot inside a gym before I signed up but now six months later, I feel like I can pretty much confidently handle most machines in the gym, feel fit and healthy, but best of all I'm starting to look muscly rather than flabby.

Fantastic experience: I have only been working with Greg for 1.5 months and wow what a difference. His scheduled programs have helped me so much with keeping up motivation and enjoyment at the gym. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Greg, for the last few months. My goal was to get rehab post large back surgery, after being out of action for 18 months, with lots of pain and complications, I was nervous, but reassured. Greg gave me what my body needed, while also helping me to push through. Since moving past the rehab phase, my new goal is to work on strength training, to avoid re-injury. Greg has created an awesome training plan, that challenges me physically (and mentally some days) We’ve recently added in extra cardio to help get my fitness levels back up too Love the app, easy to access my workout when in the gym by myself. I’m slowly learning to track my food and have some more accountability for this. Thanks for an awesome end to an average year! Can’t wait for more results in 2024

Fantastic experience: My challenge with fitness and the gym has mostly been consistency and motivation, before I could even be hitting specific fitness goals! I’ve never been able to stick to a regular gym habit or really test myself, until this year when I’ve started working with Greg. He’s been a positive and motivational coach who has really listened to my specific needs and offered support in a non judgemental way - which I think is so important and often a deterrent for some to get to the gym or even sign up with a PT. I’d highly recommend Greg for his guidance, support and helping me build lasting habits that I can be really proud of. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I turned to Greg when I was starting to stagnate in the gym. I knew some of the equipment and had ideas and plans of workouts, but lack of confidence made me keep repeating the same old routines out of fear of showing myself up and doing them wrong. Greg has shown me countless new exercises, corrected techniques, drafted awesome plans, and given me a boost of confidence in my abilities, strength and knowledge. Fantastic experience: Being in Healthcare and a competitive volleyball player with a busy life I was questioning myself if I even have time to get my fitness to its optimum. I have been with different coaches before, tried all sorts of different programs and tried doing it by myself but I honestly never had results like when Greg started coaching me. After two weeks into the program; I have felt and seen progress within myself, He helped me develop good habits as simple as drinking water which I struggled for a long time, which helped me a lot through my active lifestyle. My office mates noticed a change in my demeanour and physicality in such short period of time. My performance in my sport has improved which I am so pleased; because my teammates noticed my performance in the court and my physique is improving as weeks go by. I have never been excited getting into the court to play because I am confident that I’ll be able to perform well. His meal plan is on point for Greg creates it tailored for you. What admires me the most about Greg as a coach is his ability to work with different people with different physical goals. His discipline is impeccable. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Greg for anyone who is ready to achieve their fitness goals. He is one of the most experienced & committed trainers. He explains why you're doing what your doing, what the purpose of each exercise and how it fits into the workout routine, and fundamentals (form, sleeping/eating well, tracking your progress, etc). He always provides proper demonstrations of form and perform small adjustments to your form that suites best for you. He was very helpful, and encouraging and motivating. He genuinely care about his clients! I always walk away feeling like I learned something new after each session and feel more confident. I really can’t thank Greg enough!

Fantastic experience: At first I was planning to see Greg for a month, just to get my technique right. What I didn't expect is how fun our sessions would be, or just how good a PT Greg is - over a year later and I'm only stopping because he's moving! He knows enough that he can put a workout together on the fly that beats any pre-planned program I've had and he really listens to everything I've asked for - even when I gave him zero warning and asked for the most fun workout he could think of, he delivered. Finally, on the topic of delivering, I'm the fittest and most confident I've been in my life, despite training for years prior the vast majority of that has been with Greg. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Greg's weekly group fitness classes and having one to one personal training sessions. The classes are fun while working up a sweat! He shows alternative versions of exercises if you have an injury. Our one to one sessions have massively improved my technique and strength. They've also been adapted to what suits my routine. On top of that he also gives nutritional advice that is achievable, realistic and not just eating rice and chicken! Highly recommend Greg as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Greg at the beginning of 2021. I needed a gym-reset, and someone to motivate me with an fresh exercise regime. Over the past few months, Greg has been the perfect coach - not only getting me physically into the gym three times a week - but pressing me to work harder each time we see each other. Since I started my sessions, I've dropped some kilos, my energy level has lifted, and I generally feel more healthy / stronger each week. I consistently have great workouts with Greg, with plenty of cheeky quips which almost make the workouts seem fun! In fact it's fair to say that working out with Greg has become a real highlight of my week. If you are thinking of training with a PT, I would highly recommend Greg.

Fantastic experience: Greg is an amazing trainer, he took time to understand my goals and has really helped me to work towards them. He is very descriptive and explains the reason behind exercises to help you understand! Even after only a few sessions with Greg my confidence has significantly increased in the gym. 10/10 recommend him :)
