San Bu Kai Martial Arts

Established by Terry Hill in 1981, we are a long standing credible organisation that offers friendly, high quality instruction in the martial arts including karate, kobudo, kickboxing, ju jitsu, boxing, fitness, and self defence. Our purpose built facility has 3 studios that includes a separate cardio and weights area, karate dojo, ju jitsu, kickboxing and boxing studio with a ring - we have all the equipment you need! Just turn up and take one week of free classes to see what you like. Our Chief Instructor Terry is also President of NZMMAF, an ex UFC referee and judge, Chief instructor for Goju Ryu NZ, world champion and is highly sought after for his advice and knowledge.
