Fantastic experience: This is a great club to train at. Very welcoming and friendly, gives you a real feeling of family. The instructors change on most training nights so there is a great variety of instruction. Classes are structured well to allow for specific training for children as well as adults. Would recommend this club and Aikido to anyone looking to get fitter and learn aspects of self defence and conflict resolution
