Fantastic experience: Awesome indoor space and program for casual or serious gym kids. Good location with plenty parking nearby. Heaps actitivities to do. Friendly staff and decent price including the hourly rate. Perfect place on a wet day for kids. Highly recomended.

Negative experience: the experience was shocking!!!! they wanted me to pay 32 DOLLARS to sit on a CONCRETE FLOOR!!! Parents aren't allowed to watch unless they pay the full price!!! ($32 for two $16 for one person) the place was very cramped and the (so called) coaches just sat around and watched. ps. you can't see your kids.... they're behind a closed door! ))))):
We apoligise if you didn't enjoy your first experience at Gym Zone. From what you're saying it appears that you have attended one of our casual Free-Play sessions in the weekend. As stated on our website info about Free-Play these are not structured classes. They are designed so that participants can explore the gym in their own way. Coaches are there to assist and supervise but not to teach. We have many class options during the week and on Saturday mornings where you can learn Gymnastics.With regards to viewing for parents. We do have a viewing room upstairs which would have been pointed out by our staff at the time and clearly sign posted. The only occasion where this can't be used is if a party was on at the same time. As stated in our website spectators are not allowed in the gym. If you want to be in the gym with your child over 5yrs of age you can pay to join the session and participate with your child on all the equipment. We certainly do not expect you to pay and then only sit and watch.I hope this clarifies any confusion you may have had about how the Free-Play sessions are run.
