Negative experience: deep disappointment with the service I have received since joining Easy Fit. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen significantly short of my expectations and what I was promised upon signing up. From the very first month of my 4-month membership, I have encountered consistent issues, including: A lack of follow-up from the customer service team regarding booking requests Multiple class cancellations due to insufficient staff No alternative solutions provided that align with my schedule Despite only attending three sessions in total, I have paid for a full 4-month membership. I have previously sent an email requesting a partial refund, with the deduction of the suit fees and the cost of the attended sessions. However, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment.
