They really care about us even if we are doing general training. Fantastic experience: I'm happy with this gym. The gym and facilities are always clean. There are 2 excellent personal trainers that I recommend, Mujeeb and Ajmal. About Mujeeb who is my mother's Personal trainer, I'm very happy with the effort and care he takes when assisting my mother with the exercises. About Ajmal who is my trainer, I see the difference with his exercises. I feel energetic after exercising, no more fatigue. Overall both trainers are excellent. I also want to mention Kiran who handles the Reception. She is courteous and is always ready to assist. I'm happy with the gym, the facilities and the staff.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mujeeb (Personal Trainer & Physiotherapist) at the Al Barsha Nitro Gym branch. He's excellent at his job. His exercises have helped me greatly. He ensures I experience no discomfort and keeps my health a top priority (I'm 63 years old). For anyone looking to join the gym, you should ask for Mujeeb.
