Positive experience: The gym it's good material also with staff as well. The only thing the music it's really very loud to be honest. Sometimes I keep thinking to change because of this issue.

Fantastic experience: I attend this gym regularly (has been 2 years so far) with my friends and by myself a lot. Beautiful atmosphere. You can comfortably finish your workouts with no delay. Lots of equipment that both beginners and experienced lifters can use. There are treadmills, weights, machines, mats, other equipments. Staff is friendly and are like family to me. Good lighting and great space.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the receptionist named Baikon is so friendly and easy to deal with... She's knowledgeable in everything and plus she taught me the simple first steps, she's very helpful and cute... Amazing gym with all facilities needed. Their instructors are good, handsome and supportive. Reasonable prices they give.

Negative experience: I went to silver gym tonight to workout but its ended a disappointing session. I was with my bike upstairs because i couldnt left it outside the building.. I was about to ask permission to the coach incharge (the tall indian guy) inside but he saw me and attacked me with aggresive approach that shocked me. He was very rude to me, i went inside the gym to talk to him calmy but the guy was not on his self and using his palm and stood up to me while talking. Its was a crazy guy!! I will widraw my membership now.
