Fantastic experience: Personally, I think Muscle Up Fitness is a world-class place to be for everybody wanting to advance in calisthenics skills. The whole team is very tentative and patient with teaching you to do things the right way. They often push you to do things you did not even know you can do. I am not living in Abu Dhabi, but when somebody asks me what I miss from there - it is this place. Thank you to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: The concept of the gym is really interesting when you see a gym, you might think that it’s lifting weights and machines but when you enter you are surrounded by pull-up bars and straight bars. Turns out this gym relies not on weights but about your own body weight.

Fantastic experience: The gyms location is good, inside is clean and lots of instruments available in there. The coaches are top professional, the personnel working there is polite. Im attending group classes , there are different levels of physical activity for each class. The program made nicely for beginners and also for professional .

Fantastic experience: Best gym for calisthenics 101 and more. Coaches are professional and workout routine can accommodate any level. Every day of the week they activate various types of muscles and workout. If you have injury the couch will give different exercise to accommodate your safety.

Fantastic experience: - location :- easy for everyone if you live inside or outside AD . - parking paid parking but you wont have any issue finding a parking - staff :- very very helpful fast response in social media , phone or by emails . - coaches :- professional in their job , they wont leave you and go , they teach you what workout you been giving, i dont see this in any other gyms . - best part group activity

Fantastic experience: Such a great class in Level 1 Calisthenics! Really tough but had a great instructor who could assess people's levels and encourage them to push further . There was parking (although limited), water fountain, changing rooms with showers and a snack bar. Update: A month later, and I'm addicted to the atmosphere here. So many great classes with amazing instructors! Love the protein smoothies here too. Tried handstand class (favourite), legs and core, calisthenics, and freestyle. I haven't tried muscle up class yet but I will ...one day

Those of you who are interested in calisthenics and building strength and endurance.. Must workout in muscle up. Plus the environment is so friendly and welcoming. The trainers and people even the receptionist are very professional and helpful... if you are worried about correct form and techniques you are in the right place for Learning to advance.

Fantastic experience: Best gym with best trainers who are always pushing you to your limits (and sometimes even a bit beyond). I am being challenged every time, so constant progress is guaranteed. Also, good community, very supportive. Feels like home. Highly recommended.

It makes motivated me a lot , I can see it changed my perspective in life about exercising using your body weight and strengths ♥️ The presence of mind is there, proper technique using your bodyweight, which works for me.. I love the coaching of the coach they will remind you how important and how it works

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! You can do freestyle work on the bars there, muscle ups, handstands on the parallel bars, and many more activities. Also, if you're a beginner, you could train there and advance in calisthenics relatively quick, the trainers there such as Dovla are world class!
