Positive experience: Very clean but aside from that I don't have much good to say about it. Luckily a great training partner, much more advanced than me showed up and I was able to get a good session with him. The coach was more interested to try to catch the attention of a lady wearing a low cut top who was on the other side of the gym just minding her own business and doing her workout. At the end of the session - after giving very little feedback nor instruction - he tried to get us to buy PTs with him. Errr no. Disappointing as I thought UFC gym would be good but now I understand why it was so empty.

Negative experience: Very poorly run gym. Very eager to take the yearly fee and make promises which quickly fall short. No classes such as the promised bar bell, spinning, and stretching in Dec 2025. Very few in Nov 2025. Very dissapoiinted with the gym and its operations.

Positive experience: Small but brand new facility. Clean and well organized. Suitable for a daily workout, not for bodybuilders. Gym offers some classes. Worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Signing up with UFC is one of the best things I have ever done. I am currently training with Coach Emad. He is extremely professional and committed, he makes each session challenging but rewarding, and ensures my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. Coach Emad is also very encouraging and he makes it fun and enjoyable to train. I can witness my fitness has improved noticeably. The Location is very convenient and staff are very welcoming. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment.

It is the people who make this gym, the team are like a family and go out there way to establish friendships with the members. I would recommend this gym to anyone and if you are looking for bodybuilding/gym sessions/training then the answer is to see Karim! He is dedicated, motivational and his knowledge is second to none! He has coached me the last 4 months and the progress from when I started is remarkable.

They have credible and actual black-belted instructors such as Coach Ricardo, who holds amazing kickboxing and BJJ classes. Of course, they also have other top-notch instructors such as Coach Elias, Coach Nader, Coach Sara and Coach Olga, all of whom, make working out a fun journey. At UFC Gym, you get to meet inspiring people and hear about their wonderful journey while training hard like actual MMA fighters. I have met some wonderful people and made good friends here. Positive experience: Good gym, new Technogym equipment. The staff welcomes you with a big smile on their face and THAT is great way to start your workout session! 4 stars because the space is limited but it didn’t feel crowded when I went.

Positive experience: like every new gym has its limitation and inconveniences, this new hub has the potential to be one of the best in the near future considering its vicinity. yes, the gym had delayed opening by a quarter and parking too was delayed almost by another quarter. the new manager is far more promising than his predecessor and is doing his level best to increase the number of classes for all genders yet at the same time being accommodative at excelling customer service. since i got the yearly membership, it's very cost effective considering all the group exercises i get to perform in the company of rookies and brutes. but from the intensity point of view, those who really want to get in shape via tough love the coaches here will ensure that you challenge yourself to your fullest potential. your growth is their utmost satisfaction so trust the entire process as it won't happen overnight...

Fantastic experience: this gym is a hidden gem . Equipment are latest greatest high quality “Technogym” . Place is new and continuously beeing wiped cleaned by dedicated cleaners. Staff treat you as if you are in 5 star resort. Membership is prices fairly and much better than any surrounding gym. Too good to be true. .

Positive experience: The gym and trainers are all A1 . The issue lies with the parking only 3 hrs free after 5 and 2 hrs before . If you have classes that are spaced apart you will beed to be paying 15 aed for parking every hour on top of your yearly or monthly package that is already a hefty sum .
