Fantastic experience: Great gym with an endless selection of new equipment and machinery. It’s never too crowded which is a bonus. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s also a little coffee doc on site serving up coffee, acai and protein shakes made to order, perfect for after my workouts.

Negative experience: The ladies side always smells bad. In particular the bathroom and changing areas are not clean, even the lockers smell terrible. For the price that ladies pay for the membership, the management needs to ensure that the facilities are clean and that equipment are wiped after each use with a “ clean “ towel. Recently, they started providing portable chargers which i initially thought was a good gesture, however, it turns out only the first 5 mins of usage is free the rest is payable. This to me does not make sense. Can you not offer a single “ service” without the customer having to pay for it. If you look at other gyms in the UAE, you will see they offer makeup removers, wipes, sanitary products and much more for free. This is how you attract and keep your customers. I understand its a business, but not everything needs to be a transaction

Negative experience: Very bad experience! I was clearly told by Mohammed, the Arabic receptionist, that I would get a one month free. But after I returned from vacation, I was told there’s no record of this on the system

Fantastic experience: At first I joined the gym wanting to try a certain trainer but luckily ended up with Hajar. I have tried many personal trainers before but I can confidently say she is one of the best. It’s only been 1 month since training with her and the difference I can see is amazing. She is well attentive during her sessions and always mixes up some exercises to make it more fun. She pushes you and you do end up seeing the result. I definitely recommend her if you want to see some serious results and put in serious work.
