Positive experience: One of the decent gyms I’ve been to in Dubai. The trainers are experienced, friendly, and always willing to help with workouts and form. The atmosphere is comfortable and not overcrowded, which makes training enjoyable. However, some of the gym equipment needs to be updated and better maintained. With a few upgrades, this gym could be an excellent place to work out.

Positive experience: One of the decent gym I have been to in Dubai. The trainers are experienced and friendly. Some gym equipment's need to be updated and housekeeping within the gym is good at times but poor at other times. Recommended to keep the gym in order at all times with proper arrangement of benches and dumbells. The trainers has to take responsibility to maintain the gym tidy always. Other than that i find a positive and energetic atmosphere for my workout sessions.

Negative experience: Pathetic Staff!

Negative experience: Not renewing. The attitude from the training staff is awful. They're unapproachable and act annoyed when asked simple questions. I've observed them spend an hour with one member (always the same type) and blow off others. Equipment is great, but the people running the floor ruin it.

Negative experience: Can't stand the hypocrisy. Staff members use the squat racks and benches during peak evening hours when members are lined up. They have zero awareness or care. Also, good luck getting a form check—they're too cool to help unless you're already in their inner circle.

Positive experience: Top gym, new equipment and a very capable trainer. Prices Re quite inexpensive by Dubai standards. Crowded in the mornings so I would rather visit during lunch. Get. Personal trainer package and Rusal, the trainer will not disappoint.

An extra ordinary lead trainer- Rasal, brings in abundance experience, knowledge. Rasal's customisation and variety in his training techniques stand out as much as his pleasant personality.
