Fantastic experience: Very nice
Positive experience: The facilities are great and court is big, however the fact that I have to pay 5aed for a small water bottle every time I go to the basketball court is unbelievable. People go there to exercise and therefore need lots of water. I complained about not having refillable water as it used to be available, but they just reply with saying it’s only for people with membership or staff, which makes no sense because my university pays to rent the court. Hope this improves.

Negative experience: Great facilities for basketball but horrible service from one specific lady in reception who fails to answer your questions and instead replies with hostility later beginning to refuse help. My only bad experiences here have been with her and I’ve been told about similar experiences with her by many of my friends.

Negative experience: 初めて訪れましたが、正直かなりガッカリでした。まず一番困ったのは、場所が非常にわかりづらい点です。地図アプリを使っても正確な位置にピンが立たず、周辺をしばらく歩き回る羽目になりました。案内看板なども見当たらず、初見ではたどり着くのが難しいです。アクセスのわかりづらさは改善してほしいポイントのひとつです。 また、肝心のバスケットボールコートですが、予想以上に狭く、本格的なゲームやプレーを楽しむには向いていません。シュート練習や軽い1on1程度なら可能ですが、数人以上でプレーするにはスペースが足りず、プレイヤー同士がぶつかってしまうほどでした。施設の整備自体は悪くないものの、広さに関しては事前にしっかり確認しておいた方がいいと思います。 唯一良かった点は、敷地内に設置されていたプロテインの個別販売自販機です。あまり見かけないタイプで、運動後の栄養補給には便利でした。ちょっとしたサービスとしては評価できますが、コートの質や利便性を考えると、正直星1の評価が妥当だと思います。

Fantastic experience: Best place to hoop indoors in Dubai with the addition of a small cafe at the enterance. The prices are reasonable compared to other options to book courts and only costs 50 for open runs. There are 2 full courts and a cage which is ideal for 3v3 matches due to the unique size. Would recomend to anyone that wants to play basketball with friends.

Positive experience: Nice place for basketball lovers , many ground-floors to play . Small satellite coffeeshop and grocery items and I believe small sport shop .

Fantastic experience: I come here 3 times a week, Tribe staff, all coaches and office staff are just amazing. I am a big fan of the place, several hoops, and a separate full court cage, well maintained. Personal classes are also available with several coaches which are all very well qualified, my son changed coaches and they all were amazing.

Positive experience: Great basketball coaches and place for kids to learn and play Basketball. But it would be great if they could upgrade the AC systems at the entrance and other areas which parents sit around the courts, where even breathing becomes difficult, left alone being warm.
