The owner, Gary, is as friendly and welcoming as he is knowledgeable about fitness (which is quite a bit). You won't need to sign complicated membership agreements, no being harassed by sales people disguised as personal trainers. What you get with Fitness City is an experience and community unmatched by anything the big franchise gyms could ever hope to offer.

Experiencia fantástica: Best place on earth. Don't make the mistake of thinking the classic "Pumping Iron" aesthetic means it's only for veteran lifters. Fitness City is for anyone who wants to get fitter, bigger, and stronger. Gary, the owner, and all his regulars are true gems of people.

Very well equipped. Not much space but packed with great oldschool Equipment and a great yard where one can lift outside! I would not hesitate a second and sign up if I lived in the area!
