Experiencia negativa: This gym consistently has issues with the badge reader. It’s gotten so bad that you’ve had to put up a sign telling people to wait six minutes for the scanner to reset. Why hasn’t this problem been fixed? People like myself come in during lunch with only about 30 minutes to work out, yet we’re forced to waste six minutes if just one person can’t get in. If another person has the same issue, that’s another six minutes gone. At that point, the system is wasting everyone’s time. Instead of putting up signs and expecting members to wait, fix the badge reader properly. Leaving it broken and telling people to “just wait” comes across as lazy and dismissive of our time.

Experiencia fantástica: Good gym. Reasonably well equipped and fairly quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. I raised an issue with one of the machines and it was fixed the next day.

Experiencia negativa: The front door never works. No answer when I call, and all the old people inside just look at me as I scan my card for the 100th time. I had the older Asian lady verify that my CAC is in the system so not sure what's up, but I wasted a 20 min drive to come exercise just to have to drive back home. Very frustrating, please replace or fix the scanner on the front door or, at the very least, update your contact info.

Experiencia negativa: If you’re not registered you can’t get in after 1pm. The info on the sign is out of date.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean! Friendly staff. Full variety of workout equipment (usually 1 of each).

Experiencia positiva: This 24/7 access gym is great. If you want to get in a workout before or after normal hours, this is the place to go. It is not crowded like most gyms. The gym area and locker rooms are clean. Most of the patrons wipe down the equipment after use. They have sanitizer wipes placed throughout the gym floor. They have nautilus, free weights, resistance bands, and a variety of cardio equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this little gem on post. Super clean, quiet, (no loud music or people throwing down weights), and has enough cardio, free weights, and machines to get a full workout in. There’s also a nice little walking/jogging path outside (paved).

Experiencia positiva: It's not a large gym, but has all of the essentials for weight lifting and cardio. Light use by the base population means there's usually a lot of open benches or machines. Good place to go if you need to get in and get out quick or a lifter who doesn't want to wait for a bench. This center does offer personal training too if desired. Pagano Fitness Center is the larger gym with a room for specialty classes (spin, aerobics, etc) or go to the aquatics center for swimming.

Experiencia positiva: Awesome gym for the money. The locker rooms are a little tight on space, and the cardio equipment could use some servicing but as for the free weights and the nautilus equipment it's on point!
