Experiencia negativa: F45 is an overall good workout. I have been a member there for almost 5 years and ultimately wanted to cancel, as the gym/community was no longer providing me joy. I had been on a yearly contract and it auto-renewed in Oct 2022. I received no notice of auto-renewal. The NEW owners (Jhase, Zach, Kelly) forced me to pay just under $500.00 to cancel! Rather than do the "right" thing, they used an unethical contract to extract more money from a member of almost 5 years! It's mind-boggling and sad that this gym was purchased by these owners. Would be great for the community if Kristen and Jason were back. To anyone considering joining--I wouldn't. The new owners are going to run this place into the ground anyway and have day-by-day torn apart the tight-knit community we had.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined F45 recently, at first it was very hard for ke to catch everyone there later in a week i started giving my best. This is the best platform to burn our total body. Jen is the best instructor and very friendly. Iam loving F45...❤️Everyday is a challenge and has different workouts planned.Best platform for everyone to burn

Experiencia fantástica: Started coming to F45 Fairview about a year ago and my wife joined soon after. Immediately we were welcomed with open arms and positive attitudes all around! The workouts are challenging but fun and the staff is awesome! The facility is always super clean and cool. I am so happy we decided to come here and we will be a part of F45 family for a long time!

Experiencia fantástica: If you get the opportunity to visit this gym, DO IT! Jason, Kierston, Besty and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing! The class is an efficient 45 minutes, but its the most effective 45 minutes anyone could have! Within 6 weeks I visited the gym 3-5 times a week (morning/night/weekend classes) and lost 27 lbs! It took some discipline with diet but when you show up to class you will quickly get to work and into the zone of being a better you! I have been to every major commercial gym, a few crossfit boxes, and even a popular body building gym in Plano and this gym/workout is the most fun I have ever had! There are people of all walks of life in every class and the coaching team there makes sure everyone is welcome, comfortable, and driven for results! The part I loved the most is when class is over, not because its over but because everyone celebrates and congratulates each other on a job well done!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great way to spend Mother’s Day! The trainers really make you feel like you are special and are always there to lend a hand. I never feel faceless or invisible there like I did at the gym. When Betsy says she’s glad I came in today I really believe it!

Experiencia fantástica: Trying something new is always intimidating but after the first class that was gone. The convenience of the early morning classes and only being 45 minutes is awesome. The coaches are very personable and eager to assist and explain the different stations as you are working out. They know when to push you when you need it and when to advise you to back off to avoid hurting yourself. In my 5 week challenge I lost 29.3 lbs and feel amazing!

Having people you look forward to seeing every day is so incredibly motivating on days where you just don’t feel like getting to the gym. I highly recommend F45 for anyone looking to not only get in shape, but for those also looking for a community of like-minded friends ready to push you and cheer you on.

Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I would like group training classes... but F45 is great! This gym in particular is fantastic. A lot of the “negative” around F45 is that the exercises are focused on time and doing the most reps you can, but the trainers here are fantastic, correct your form, and push you to do your best and “dig deeper”. Plus the other members are encouraging and friendly!

Aside from a great workout that is always varied, the owners, trainers and the other members are the absolute BEST anywhere - welcoming, motivating, encouraging and fun! I've been working out here since they opened nearly a year ago and am so thankful to have this gem of a gym in Fairview/Allen!
