Experiencia fantástica: I was always shy of joining a gym because I didn't think I could handle the work outs. But that changed when I met Liz and started working out at Stay Fit. She is always helpful to modify the work out of the day to fit my abilities and that has inspired me to push thru to accomplish my goal of being in the best shape ever by the time I am 50. (My 2 year goal)

Liz is a very knowledgeable trainer who has a plan for every client--beginner or experienced, young or not-as-young. Experiencia fantástica: I first met Liz and started using the Stay Fit facility in 2012 and just recently returned as a member after some time away. Liz is an awesome trainer who is well educated, informed, and connected with her clients to help them achieve goals that are meaningful and achievable to them. Her facility and equipment are clean, up to date and accessible 24 hrs/day too. This gym is great for individuals of all ages and abilities because of Liz.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is kept clean and well organized. Liz has a daily workout posted most days. The posted workouts are arranged to cover most muscle groups. Liz is is very knowledgeable on correct form function of exercises. If you have questions about an exercise Liz is glad to help. If you want to do your own thing that"s OK, too.

Experiencia fantástica: Hard to put into words what Liz and Stay Fit has done for me. My journey of fitness here began with some simple classes to get me out of the house and maybe lose some weight. However it has turned into a life style I will never trade. Liz has given me the support, tools and constant encouragement to believe in myself. I love the 24 hour convenience, cleanliness, and great variety of equipment too!! Love this place!!!
