Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful gym. Worth the commute all the way from Shoreline. If I'm being honest--which is the only way I do reviews--I have never worked out there. No sir, I would drive up to grill steaks with my Dad, or work on his car with him, or listen to some funny stories. He is a bit of a legend around those parts, and they say you can see him still walking the the property, cleaning the floors at night. "Owen? Oh yeah, I see him all the time," says a member. "Usually I just hear him though, telling the same joke he told millions of times when he still had his body." It's still a perfectly good gym, it just used to be better.

Experiencia negativa: This gym is very dated and the owner is very particular with his old equipment. I signed up figuring paying for the year would be easiest with all access. It has been over 2 months and I still do not have access since the only time to get the lady who helps is in the mornings. Seems it has to be on their schedule. I called to ask for a pro rated refund and she told me they don't do that. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges now since I didn't receive services I paid for. Such a headache rather than being reasonable. I do not recommend this dated gym. Also, I am a fan of dogs, but the owners dog runs around lawlessly while you’re trying to workout. My first time there, the dog had a bowel movement in the middle of a squat rack. A member had to come tell him about it.

He has a set of daily routine exercises for the weekdays which brings in good results on our Body. Would recommend this place to anyone who is interested and committed to work outs

Experiencia fantástica: Rose creates a supportive space to keep your body healthy, toned and functional. She has wonderful coaching abilities and has been able to assist me in my body position and posture during training. This is particularly important to me as I am healing from an injury. She keeps works interesting, challenging and dare I say fun! Rose is all time, complete 10/10!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a no-nonsense gym without a bunch of fluff for people who just want to go there to look good to other people. It has a lot of equipment for a small space and usually everything is available. This gym is meant just to get the job done not to watch TV and try to look good to the person next. I've been going there for over 20 years and their prices have been very good. Hours they are open although Sunday could be a little longer.

Experiencia fantástica: World's best gym if you're serious. The owners had a career as serious bodybuilders and have tons of practical experience, but they're not pushy with advice. You need to get to know them and ask.
