Experiencia fantástica: Aaron may be the BEST coach I have ever come across! He's so attentive to every detail to ensure you lift safely, and he's always very encouraging! (On top of that, he's a super nice guy with lots of interesting stories to tell!) I pretty much only did the noon class or open gym, but the other coaches were very nice and friendly, too! I recommend this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gone to a lot of gyms and the Factory is the only place worth staying. Super dedicated staff, and the owner, Aaron, is probably one of the best guys you’ll ever meet. Experiencia fantástica: Aaron let my partner and I drop in for a workout while we stayed in Ames. I can definitely see why this is the “it” CrossFit Gym. We are Powerlifters and we were the only ones there, it was quiet. Aaron is super friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I was sitting in my van waiting for my daughter who was attending a cheer clinic at ISU. I called Aaron to see if I could grab a workout. It was a shot but I’m glad I called. He gave me access and trusted me to pay…which of course I will. The facility is everything I needed. Of course it’s not a Planet Fitness type gym but that is opposite of what I needed. Drop in for a class or just to use the gym! The Owner doesn’t cut any corners with it comes to equipment, programming and knowledgeable coaches.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m an over weight man in his early 30’s and was afraid to join a gym with classes thinking I’d be out of place. But at the Factory the coaches and members to a great job of making everyone feel welcome while also pushing you to be your best self! I really couldn’t give this gym higher praise!

Experiencia fantástica: The Factory is a great place to workout at with a great atmosphere. The support you get from the entire staff there and quality of coaching is amazing. Aaron is one of the most passionate guys when it comes to improving people’s everyday lives and you can see it when he is coaching. He’s good with all ages and ability levels, I highly recommend checking this gym out if you are in the Ames/DSM area!

If you can't do RX, not a problem. They custom scale the workouts to best fit your fitness needs, goals, and experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I chose this location because of the location. I keep coming because of the people. The trainers and the participants are all awesome. I woke up one day and was tired of feeling and looking terrible. Three days later I started here. 30 days later I feel and look so much better. This place is great for any age or fitness level.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome, it is locally owned and operated by a couple of guys who also coach the classes. This is not your typical cookie cutter franchise-run gym, the two guys care a lot about the people there, especially the short one he's super nice and fun. For sure a gym where any skill level can go and feel welcome and safe. From the coach potatoes (me) to the extreme athletes there is a place for you. Give it a try I'm sure you won't regret it.
