The workouts include jump rope, which studies show improves short burst speed—and I’ve seen it firsthand. My son has become noticeably faster and more agile on the field. After seeing his progress, I decided to join too. Since then, my metabolism has improved, my stamina has grown, and I feel stronger overall. If you’re serious about living healthier and pushing yourself further, this boxing club is the place to be. The training is worth every dollar!

Daniel is super amazing and he’s so old fashioned, we love it! Environment is great. I was a newbie but I felt very comfortable especially with Daniel encouraging me that I could do it! Highly recommend it!

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the coach works you hard~ Great people~ chill vibes~ and you don't have to spend a fortune. i always feel stronger after an hour or 2 here
