Experiencia fantástica: Leaving this gym was truly bittersweet. I’m was sad to step away from such a wonderful community because we moved out of state, but incredibly excited to come back and visit and to jump into workouts again with the guidance of the amazing coaches here. I’ve been in the CrossFit world for quite a while, and I can honestly say I continued to learn and strengthen my skills thanks to this box. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. And the community? Strong, supportive, and filled with people who truly care. If you’re looking for a place that pushes you, teaches you, and welcomes you like family, this is it. I’m grateful for my time here and can’t wait to return whenever I’m in town.

The programming is top-notch—challenging, smart, and balanced in a way that pushes you without ever feeling random. You can tell there’s real thought and intention behind every workout. The coaching is phenomenal. They’re dialed-in, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping every athlete move better and get stronger. Whether you’re a seasoned CrossFitter or just getting started, they meet you exactly where you are and elevate you from there. Super welcoming community, great energy, and one of the best training environments I’ve been in. If you’re anywhere near the area, you need to drop in. Iron Refined is the real deal.

Experiencia fantástica: CFIR is awesome! I grew up watching my mom do CrossFit since the very beginning. Once I was old enough to join the kid classes I did! Coach Jamie knew how to break down movements so I could understand and made lifting fun. I’ve learned to challenge myself and work hard. Five years later, I have attended CrossFit regularly and have started competing. I am very glad it is in my lifestyle. I love the community and the coaches!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! It works for everyone at every level of fitness. I love the Women of Iron class because it still pushes me while giving me a great workout, but I don’t feel the pressure of competition like at some other cross fit gyms. I still see my muscle building and my skills improving. 10/10 in all areas!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I absolutely love CFIR. I was a beginner, they took their time and explained things in detail. My 11 year old is fitness obsessed, the coaches welcomed her with open arms and took their time explaining things safely to her & have had her begging to continue going back.

I've been going to classes consistently for about 8 months and have learned new movements, made friends (which can be difficult in military life), and improved my health. There is a lot of heart at this gym and I truly feel like I'm a part of the community. The programming through Mayhem is great and I love the app where you can see your progress and schedule classes. The owners, coaches, and members are all fantastic. I feel lucky to be a part of CFIR!

Coaches are really good at sticking to the time as well so we get out on time so we can get on with our day! I just started a little over a week ago! The People are friendly and helpful!

The workouts are modifiable to wherever is your starting point in CrossFit and the coaches are thoughtful and attentive. I am seeing real results and challenging myself in new ways. This gym has completely changed the way I view fitness, and I’m so grateful I found it!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to this gym 6 months postpartum, heavier, weaker, and more exhausted than I'd ever been. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive, coming to class at CFIR was and still is the highlight of my day. The coaching staff are so motivating, now 15 months postpartum I’m faster and stronger than I could have imagined. The gym is amazing for folks at every fitness level and the coaching staff are dedicated to teaching proper technique. I am heartbroken that my family and I are moving away from the amazing CFIR community and I wish I could pick it up and move it with me!

Very clean, the coaches are great, and the members are so friendly and non judging. The coaches break the moves down to ensure proper form, so no worries if you're not a pro! Try it out!!

Experiencia fantástica: Traveled to AK on vacay and this was the closest location near my best friends home. I felt 100% welcomed when I walked in the door. This was not only by the coach but all the members. Even felt more like home when we cheered each other on during the WOD. Thank you so much to the entire crew/members who made it so fun and welcoming.
