Experiencia negativa: I went there for three weeks. Today was my last day. A blue belt named "Dick" actually increased the amount of force after I began tapping? He didn't stop until he popped my elbow? Five minutes before my incident, he popped another student's elbow. "Dick" was bragging about doing this to a student at another school just days prior. When I asked "Dick" and the Coach about this,the Coach actually defended "Dick's" actions?

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite gym in the area just solely for the atmosphere. Everything is there that you truly need without all the extra nonsense that comes with commercial gyms. The Jiu-Jitsu is top notch and I recommend anyone to go try it out. Everyone could use something that is being taught here whether it's on the mats or in the weight room. Lance and River are knowledgeable about anything you need to know! And as an added bonus anyone in there is willing to help a newcomer.

Experiencia fantástica: We were in town to get my daughter set up for college. She has been training for 4 years and will need a Jiu-jitsu gym when she moves. This will be her new go to. Hands down she loved the instructor and found the students knowledgeable and welcoming. Great - friendly - professional school. Highly recommended.

Well on my recent trip to Anniston, AL I found this school. At Evolution Health and Fitness you will be sure to find some great instructors from the Alliance family. James and Lance welcomed me just like I had been coming for years. If you are in the area and are looking to either do some Jiu JItsu or even some crossfit workouts then this is the place to be. Whether you’re lifting, cardio boxing, or training jiu jitsu; you won’t find a more knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is great and inviting. I highly recommend Evolution. You won’t find better in the area.
