Experiencia negativa: Initially, I was excited to check this place out as I am trying to continue my fitness journey. I called last week to inquire about packages and o was told I would receive a return phone call. I didn’t receive a call back, so I figured I would try to call today. I spoke to a gentleman who seemed to be inconvenienced by my inquiries. When I asked about packages and pricing, I was condescendingly told, “If money is an issue, you better off finding another gym.” I was extremely offended because as a potential customer, I just wanted to know what the difference between the packages and how much I would be paying. This was confirmation that I should spend my money at an organization who treats me with respect and that doesn’t have poor customer service skills. FYI, money isn’t the issue, but subpar customer service is
