Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this facility for years. They have a ton of equipment, ample space, clean, and usually not very crowded. You can also book massages... So what's not to like! Note: this is an adult only gym. You can drop off your kiddo at the daycare upstairs while you work out (provided they have space). If you want to work out with your kid, you'll have to go next door to the rec center As of this posting (July 2024), they just completed their annual deep clean and as a result, they have installed all new treadmills. Seems like they update some equipment every year and usually all equipment is in working order.

Experiencia negativa: Came in and payed money to not be informed that basketball was not full court. Lady refused to give money back 20 basketball players unhappy and we will not be returning ever again we will take our money elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: I would give zero stars if I could. The front staff is always rude to us. I’ve came in to workout with my friends and I Have a yearly pass. I’m a resident of Westminster and I don’t appreciate being harassed every time I go in with a group of friends. They watch us workout (which is creepy) and then constantly ask us who is training?? When we say nobody they get upset. If we pay the money to get in, we should not feel uncomfortable working out there. They need better customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of room and equipment for working out, and great personal trainers available for individual or package instruction. Lots of classes and activities available to sign up for, at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

Experiencia negativa: I stopped coming here for a while because the staff was always so rude. The 2 Asian ladies are so sweet, but the heavier white girls are awful. Especially the blonde one. It took everything in me to not clock her in the face when I asked about the tree lighting. She literally rolled her eyes at me and looked at me like I was stupid. That’s when the Asian lady stepped in and was actually nice. I’m not sure how these women work here.

Experiencia fantástica: An exelent modern two stories facility, with state of the art equipment and a wonderful view of the city park area and the mountains. This fitness center has multiple spacous rooms and offers a great variety of classes and workshops all week long. From different levels and styles of yoga and palate to extrme kickboxing and bootcamp. The attention is great and the prices are exelent!.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my first week going here and I have been loving it! Everyone who works and goes here is so nice. (Shout out Jennifer & Shane at the front desk) I took 2 classes on Monday, both which were great! The instructors (Amanda & Heather) were very kind and attentive to everyone. I signed up for an affordable membership w no contract that is easy to cancel and have been back for classes everyday since (Shout out Robyn, Kelly, Melissa, Mary Beth) They offer a wide variety of classes and anyone can find something they like! They also have sanitizing bottles to wipe everything down after. Would def recommend CPFC :) oh and the VIEWS!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is massive! It's two huge buildings. One is a fitness center with a two floor cardio room and a large weight room. There is a massage area, guided classes and a child care center with a lot to do for kids up to 11. The child care also has a pacman arcade game and another one I can't remember, and a Nintendo switch. Wow! It's two dollars an hour (with a hour and a half max) or free of you have membership. There is an outdoor exercise (adult playground) with much to do. The other building has the pools. There is a small playground that we did not explore yet right next to the building. The locker rooms are very nice and they have a lot of family locker rooms too. Only downside is you have to bring your own lock or you can buy one for $6. And the only reason I say downside is because the other Westminster rec center I go to has free locks if you have a membership. An epic kids pool with the water being soo warm. Two water slides and water dump buckets and more! There is a good size lazy river with strong water current that will push you with ease. Also warm water not as warm as the kids pool up but still acceptable. There is an exit from The lazy River into the normal pool which goes up to about three and a half feet deep. A short track of a staircase brings you to the deep pool which is 9 and 1/2 ft deep with a rock climbing wall, a swinging rope and a diving ledge. Outside of that, I think there's a small splash pad but I have not explored that yet. There is a multi basketball court. Reasonably priced and well stocked vending machines. More workout and exercise areas. There is elevators. I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting about inside of the buildings. Outside has beautiful landscaping, a nifty water fountain, multiple soccer fields, a walking path, pretty cool playground, and a pond that I haven't quite explored yet. I'm sure there's more I'm missing but that's good for now, please come visit this place!

Experiencia negativa: The front office staff are disorganized and they don’t take the time to meet the needs of each individual that they meet with and they aren’t fully stocked to provide details of class schedules and timing of classes. I just feel like they lacked professionalism and the care for each individual.

Extremely knowledgeable instructors who remind everyone to work at their own fitness level while offering challenges and tips for injury-free workouts. The facility is always spotless and well kept. Equipment is always clean and new. Friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Usually this place is not too crowded and it is part of the rec center pass, so it is cost-effective. The weights here are really heavy (they are marked so you know HOW heavy) so moving them up, down, or around makes your muscles big.

Experiencia fantástica: I love love love receiving massage from Lisa, she is very detail-oriented and super helpful with specific aches and pains. She has excellent knowledge of the body and how issues are related to use, overuse, and compensation patterns. Since having kids my core has been an issue, including my pelvic floor being (oddly) too tight, which has been causing issues with my low back and a previous disc injury. I was literally crawling on the floor for 1 week, while caring for young children. Lisa was very helpful in figuring out what was happening and working out the necessary knots; she even recommended a PT whom I also found super helpful. With the combo of the right massage, PT exercises, and information I was able to recover in a few weeks!

Experiencia negativa: Great for the 65+ crowd. Not children friendly. Childcare is avalible but expect them to be parked by the TV. Lots of equipment that is barley used at peak time. Staff came off as hyper controlling. Please don't talk with a loud voice or have small children around because it is disruptful to the sensitive staff and the massage room that is conveniently located next to the childcare. The place came off as a 55+ living community. If you are young or have children I would recommend someplace else.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here, the facility is just the right size. There is a big variety of machines and they are all well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is a bit on the costly side, but it makes up for it with the view. The hours are not bad

Experiencia fantástica: When I was coming here regularly, it was to see Lisa the Massage Therapist, who would perform hot stone massage for about an hour and turn me into a puddle. She's amazing, and the rest of the staff is incredibly friendly.
