Experiencia negativa: I've been coming here for about 2 years now and the location and workout spaces are my favorite by far. Unfortunately the air conditioning hasn't been working for over a month. It was 84 when I tried to work out at 6pm today and I almost got heat rash and a panic attack from being over heated. I won't be coming back to this location until they get the air-conditioning fixed or the outside temperature is below 70°.

Experiencia negativa: Has no air conditioner. It was hotter inside then outside when it was a 93° day today. Plus no ab workout machines

Experiencia positiva: Good average gym with free weights and machines. The good - plenty of dumbbells good quality and free weights in good shape. Lots of mirrors to admire your progress. Flooring is padded in weight room of good quality. What could be better - some machines like curls not so conducive to good form.and atmosphere at treadmills is Soviet Union like. Needs a bright paint job as does the mens room.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge rip off miss a payment and they turn you off and bill you for an entire year all at once. And directly connected to a creditors already watch your wallet.

Experiencia negativa: This place is the step child of the other location. No windows. Regularly dirty. Equipment wipe dispenserers consistently empty. Currently only 1 spray bottle of cleaning solution available. Equipment is just good enough to pass. There is only one of each station. People are fine. The one trainer that is there gives attitude if they are with a client and you are using what they need. They will occupy multiple stations at the same time while with clients. Passive aggressive signs everywhere. Unfortunately the Y is not open early and Anytime fitness is no better than this location. Price is the same as their flagship location on the other side of town.

Experiencia positiva: It's a decent gym. Best part is it isn't busy so you don't need to compete for machines for the most part. But they have everything you need. Only thing they could do better with is restocking the wipes and emptying trash more frequently, I have to run across the gym to find something to wipe my machine down with.

Experiencia fantástica: It's a good place, staff is always kind, people that go aren't talkative and annoying, and overall is good for early morning workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: Whenever I come into town to visit my girlfriend I come in to workout here. I’ve always enjoyed the new equipments they have and all other materials needed to do your workout. I’ve always wished my gym was this clean and organized! I love the secluded room they have to give you some privacy too! Great place and definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym in Ashland! Never too crowded and has all the equipment you could need to get your swoll on. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They greet everyone on their way in and out while going the extra mile to make sure you have whatever you may need. Shoutout to Bryce and Josh you guys rock! Highly recommend this location!

Experiencia negativa: This gym & staff dose not care about you or the community. They frequently lie, poor customer service, 0% help during pandemic when trying to put account on hold, manager also extremely poor representative and poor customer service. They mistakenly created 2 accounts under the same name and over charged me for 6 months. Then when I asked to put my account on hold when going out of town they said no problem continued to charge me. They do not fix, correct or admit there mistakes. They represent corporate greed and will choose $ over standard business ethics and morality. WORST GYM EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would give - O stars. Be aware when joining this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym since 2012. It is one of my favourite gyms in town and in the area. The service is exceptional everyone working there is super nice and welcoming. If you like to train well and hard, this gym is amazing. It's never too busy, well organized, good equipment. I reccomend it to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. I love having 24/7 access and really appreciate the expanded free weight area. The manager Tyler is great, super knowledgeable, responsive to any issues, and will give you solid fitness advice as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Each and every time I walk in im greeted by bright eyes and a welcoming wave (theres a smile under the mask I just know it), staff and members are always willing and able to lend a word of advise or a helping hand. There's been multiple occasions I've seen individuals reach out to Tyler (manager) and ask for a spot and he's always jumped up and been there to help out. This location maintains its cleanliness even through this horrid time. Highly recommend stopping by and having a chat with a manager and getting signed up.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member since they opened this location. I love this gym, it checks all the boxes for a great gym. Equipment is maintained, great selection of equipment, knowledgeable staff and personal trainers. Hours of operation and parking convenient as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this Snap Fitness location since it opened and it was good when it started but has definitely improved over the years. The expansion added a lot to the place and it’s the most reasonably priced and best gym in the area if you ask me. During the times of Covid going to the gym can feel a little scary but this location has been extremely clean and well taken care of throughout this whole process and I feel comfortable going in to workout. Definitely recommend joining if you’re looking for a gym.

Experiencia negativa: Very unhelpful during pandemic. Misleading with their policies, lie over phone. Any changes to your account over phone they do not acknowledge. Very rude when handling or addressing problems, very poor customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: This club is clean and well maintained. There are lots of free weights, machines, bands etc. to make sure you have everything you need for your workout. Once you become a member you have access to all locations and can come whenever you want.

Experiencia fantástica: There is a lot of rooms. Plenty of space for everyone to exercise. Good variety of equipment. They do have two Olympic size barbells. Great prices($7day pass), access 24/7, access 2 multiple facilities, never seen it busy yet. Maria was friendly and helpful.

Experiencia positiva: Pretty good gym. Not to busy, TONS of machines of all variety. I was surprised by the number of rooms. There are a couple showers, clearly not designed for many people changing at once, fortunately it was not busy. This gym is contracted with Ashland Springs hotel as they have no in house exercise accommodations. Enjoyed our visit!
