Experiencia negativa: I was a member of this gym and was one of the only negative reviews because I shared an experience about a staff member yelling at me. After I shared a review explaining a staff member yelled at me I was charged 50$ and sent a weird unsolicited text message. I assume this behavior is why only positive reviews are still posted. To objectively review this gym, it is very small and their is a noticeable odor due to the small area and large amount of people using it. The main appeal would be that it is less populated and therefore more private but, as someone who has been here before at least 3 people come into the gym per half hour after 7 am. it is overcrowded and loud at that ratio, if you make a complaint, your membership will be cancelled.

Experiencia negativa: The gym owner allows loud screaming unsupervised toddlers as if it is a daycare. The gym owner Is not helpful when people raise concerns despite the fact there is a law that says persons under 16 should not be unaccompanied in a gym.

Experiencia negativa: I got a membership here and my first experience was trying to work out with a trainer and their infant unsupervised child screaming from two different corners of the gym. I asked the trainer if she could be a bit quieter and said sorry for asking and she started yelling. Not a great gym to go to if you have auditory processing issues or just don’t like yelling.

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect place for a busy schedule, the owner is great and has always taken care of me. Gym is perfect has everything you may need. Any time I had any sort of issue which was basically only once with my fob, the owner Shane responded to my text within 2 minutes and made sure I was able to get in. Guy cares about his members. Highly recommended

Shane hooked me up with a pass and access super quickly as I visit South Florida from time to time. As a competitor, I always need a real bodybuilding gym, and this is just it and more.

After retiring from the military, having a gym that's available 24/7 on top of not being over populated, makes for a great training experience. Experiencia negativa: Customer service is not great. Signing up seems sketch as the individual is not flexible with meeting in person. Encourages to sign up via text. That may work for some, but for others, not so much. Individual refused to give a time frame to meet in person. It’s not normal to give your bank account details to an individual you haven’t met in person, over text, when signing up for a gym membership. It’s promoted as 24 hours, but there doesn’t seem to be any employees there to help with the membership process. Again, when asking for a time frame to meet in person, the individual said “no”.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym! Open 24 hours, never crowded and has all the equipment one would need. I have been a member for over 18 months and it is the most convenient gym I have found in the palm beach area. Shane, the owner, is a great guy and he keeps the place spotless.

Experiencia fantástica: Wether you're here just on vacation or a local resident. This gym is the perfect option. Pricing for membership and access (keyfob) is extremely reasonable. He has membership durations to fit just about any need. With the membership, you get 24/7 access. No front desk person to deal with, simply swipe your fob to gain access, and get after it. Setting up membership and gaining access is super easy. The owner is extremely responsive, and provides all the necessary forms to fill out via text. All payments made via Venmo. He gives access for the first visit, GO TO DOOR M. Not L. He'll open the door for you and guide you through where things are. The equipment selection is excellent. He has a large selection of free weights, and machines to address every single muscle group. There is also treadmills, elliptical machines, stair stepper machine, and a variety of fitness balls and other loose equipment for that unique workout. There is a water cooler and disposable cups on site. Along with a fridge stocked with Gatorade, waters, and protein shakes. You just grab what you need and Venmo payment over. There is plenty, I mean PLENTY of sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels littered around the gym, to help keep the equipment clean and sanitized. With that being said. Here's the deal. This gym is not manned 24/7. This is an adults gym. No kids are allowed. You're expected to put things back the way you found them. That means, reracking weights, wiping down the equipment. Basically, clean up after yourself. I can't recommend this gym enough. It's my go to when I'm here visiting. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been training for almost 40 years, so I have trained in a lot of gyms across the country. I have grown to appreciate smaller, well-equipped gyms without high traffic. The fact that this gym is 24/7 is an even bigger bonus because most gyms in the WPB area close relatively early (9pm or maybe as late as 10pm). The owner has done a great job of selecting quality equipment and the members are there to train. If you are looking for shiny equipment and neon signs, this isn't your place. If you are looking for a great place to train with members who are serious, check this place out.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad I found Atlantic Fitness because it is everything I've been looking for in a gym- 24/7 easy key fob access, located in a safe plaza, private/intimate space unlike other big gyms in the area, clean, equipment in great condition, friendly members, trainers and owner! There are plenty of times throughout the day where you have the whole gym to yourself which is the best. My favorite thing about this gym is how easy and convenient it is, especially compared with other gyms in the area... (for example, here, there is more than ample parking just outside the entrance, compared with other nearby gyms where you have to pay for parking, get a verified parking pass, or park in a garage and have a 5 minute walk over.) Definitely recommend!!

Becoming a part of the Atlantic Fitness “team” has been one of my best decisions. You come across some people in your life and you just connect. Before I even met Shane we had the same values, goals, great communication and our clients’ happiness was our first priority. This is a business, yes. But the clients have to come first. The gym has EVERYTHING you could need from equipment, diverse cardio options (StepMill, Versa-climber, bikes, elliptical and more, 24 hr access card, knowledgable and CARING trainers, fantastic energy, clean... and the list goes on. I believe everyone crosses paths for a reason in your life. I could not be more grateful ours did. Moving my clients to Atlantic Fitness was a breath of fresh air. My clients that are in the “spotlight” all day love the privacy. My clients who feel insecure build their confidence because they are not intimidated.
