Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff at club Envy. Manager Anna was with us every step of the way while planning my daughter's party. The set up was easy and fun. We had plenty of swim time and all guests thoroughly enjoyed the party!

He provided a thorough tour of the facilities, including the swimming pool, and explained all the rules and regulations clearly. Despite being on his lunch break, he kindly took the time to assist me and ensure I had all the information I needed. His friendly and informative manner made me feel at ease, and I left feeling confident in my decision to book the venue for my party. I can’t thank Jaan enough for his exceptional service and would highly recommend him to anyone planning an event. He truly goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Experiencia positiva: Like JR mentioned everything in this gym is high quality Life Fitness from 2006ish. If you have an original iPod you’re all set. I was there this week and 2 of 6 treadmills were operational and one of those was making weird noises. Long overdue for an equipment upgrade but the staff is always very friendly, so bonus star for that.

Experiencia negativa: Did you love the year 2006? Because that is the last time it appears the owner of this joint cared about his facility. Similar to 2006 America, we were on top the world, but competition from China slowly crept in and eroded our geopolitical standing. This creating frustrations which lead to populist president Trump being elected in 2016, further exasperating the erosion of America. This is analogous to the broken rowing machine, treadmills, steam room, sauna and more. Please owner fix this gym or you’re going to end up with your own Jan 6th.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, plenty of different options for weights, a lot of cardio choices, everything is in working order. One of the best gyms that I have been to that was located in a hotel.

Experiencia negativa: This is just a hotel gym with limited quipment selection. The personnel is unprofessional. The only perk is swimming pool, but it gets crowded and noisy. For the price they charge you can find much better options in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a hotel guest at the Sheraton for a couple of nights. Anna, the girl who works at the front desk at this gym made my stay spectacular. Very friendly, professional, and hospitable. Please do not overlook a good worker like this.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have visited different gyms in Parsippany area, we finally choose this gym, and we love it! The staff is very friendly and really makes me feel like home. The gym, women locker room , and the indoor pool are super clean and sparkling. The indoor pool is amazingly clean and very well maintained. I wish I could give them hundred stars instead of five.

Experiencia positiva: Used to be very nice environment, but recently pool areas have been neglected. Pool needs to be clean, tiles dirty, paint chipping, and women's locker room needs clean showers with shower heads that work, and towels more available without charging a fee. Steam room has a bad odor. 10/11/20 - recently visited using the pool as Envy/Atlantis. New staff are very friendly, cleanliness being stressed, but waiting for the indoor pool and “warm” tub temperatures to be raised especially with many seniors using the facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: My son and our Guests had an amazing time at your facilities. I held my son's 16th Birthday party at the facility this past Sunday. To be honest, after receiving a call confirming my party on Friday, I was expecting the worse turn out. I had went about a month prior to my party to check out the facility and spoke to a manager that is no longer at venue. So whatever he promised wasn't possible. Then she stated that whatever was on the website was of no value because the owners hadn't updated the site. That's when I lost it. At this point I had no place to go or cancel because my son's party was 3 days out. She left a bad taste in my mouth and doesn't know how to deal with Clients over the phone. May I suggest someone train how to deal with Clients. Fast Forward to yesterday's party. I was greeted by their Manager, Star (yes, like a rockstar that he was) From initiation until the end, he was available answered questions. He introduced himself to the entire party, informed them that the pool had rules and regulations they must adhere too. The kids had an incredible time. He provided them with water bottles as per the site and honored the price per extra child, as well. My son can't thank me enough. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great. Love the staff and the hotel style atmosphere. Chris has done a great job with the club and is always so helpful. My sons, and I, enjoy working out in the gym and relaxing at the pool.

Experiencia negativa: Dirty, dirty pools, overcrowded with cloudy water, cleaned only twice a week. Owners let members skirt rules and bring giant coolers filled with glass bottles, outside pizza, fast food, you name it.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible management i have been dealing with charges for the last 4 months even after i cancelled my membership in october 2017. Nobody knows anything the only thing they know is how to charge your credit card!!!!!!!!!! Please if you are looking x a gym DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this gym for the last 3 years and it is pretty nice. Never too crowded.

Experiencia positiva: I like the indoor and outdoor pools. Staff are nice. Facility is clean, but can use a bit more modernization. In general it's much more expensive then other local places. I mainly use it with my kids. They have a family changing area which is basically a small area with a curtain by main pool. They are very strict on policy that kids 8 and over must use same sex changing area. So if you are a parent with a kid of opposite sex as you it's a pain to get them changed out of wet clothes. Unless you want to send them in solo into huge changing area and showers.

Experiencia negativa: Please do not walk in thinking this would be a different kind of gym who thinks about customers a little more than the contract papers. Why would anyone charge extra $$ for towels and take away water filters saying they want to be "echo friendly" This works fine until you pay the monthly bill even if you are not feeling well They only consider what is written in the contract rather than the customers. I understand there is a need to filter out the customers who might just want to give fake reasons and quit in the middle and not loose money. The management should consider that there are customers who might have genuine reasons and there should be a work around for these kind of customers. GO AHEAD AND JOIN IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEVER FALL SICK OR KEEP PAYING EVEN IF YOU DONOT USE GYM FOR ANY HEALTH REASON
