Experiencia fantástica: This is the best MMA and Family Fitness gym. Not just in Opelika/Auburn. It is actually just the best place. I was a member here for 6-7 years and it was the best experience. Professional staff - whom I call friends and counselors. The people here are just a pleasure. You can come here if you want to be a professional fighter - the coaches have been there, done that, even internationally. You can come here if you just want to lose some weight while having the time of your life in an awesome environment. You can come here to learn movements and mechanics of self-defense. You can come here to give your kids the most incredible opportunity to be a part of a sport that will stick with them a lifetime and give them confidence in all of life. I did all of the above! Shane and this family business is a true Auburn/Opelika treasure. CHECK THEM OUT, it will change your life!

Experiencia fantástica: Coaches are amazing and is overall just a great experience. I've been going here for around a month or so and have learned a lot. If your on the lower end of the intelligent spectrum like me, then that's okay because the whole point of doing any of the classes is to master the movement and footwork then put power into it. The coaches will go step-by-step on every single thing and then some. I'd recommend taking the boxing and fkb kickboxing then Maui Tai sense it's a little more complicated. My only complaint is that you can't stay overnight.

Experiencia fantástica: I was passing through town and stopped by to train. Everyone there was friendly and professional. The Jiu Jitsu class was well taught and lots of fun. Got some good rolls in and would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering learning Jiu Jitsu!

Experiencia fantástica: Though it was my first time coming here on a free week, I had way higher expectations before I attended a Kagefit session for free. I got plenty of exercise and training (additionally the basics of boxing). Despite using all my stamina by being aggressive on each transition, I'm very grateful to have a great time there. With such a supportive and nice group who complimented me and supported me all the way to the end of the session, I learned myself a very valuable lesson. That is do not let ego consume and get in your way and simply don't push yourself too hard to reach your expectations. Such effort like that derived from ego will never let lead you to anywhere. Instead, be humble and apply self respect. That way, you'll go more smooth and easy on Kagefit or any other class in there. There's no point of aggression when you have supportive instructors who will lead you and guide you. This is my message to all of those who are interested in taking martial arts when it comes to ego and martial arts when it comes to practical training irl. This is a great gym and place to get fit! Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym. The instructors are great and really care. I've gotten great results and love going here every time. They have a great mix of boxing, mma, bjj, grappling, general fitness, etc. Also, they keep the gym very clean. Everyone is very approachable. Just come to this gym. It's awesome.
