Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member since November 2018 and I LOVVVVVE this gym. The personal trainers are awesome, very skilled and very inspiring, pushing you towards your highest capacity. Beyond that, the nightly (and Saturday morning) group sessions are AAAAMMMAAAAZZZIIINNNGGG! The energy, the camaraderie, the sense of family, the encouragement and the sense of the group pushing each other to succeed is what sets this gym apart from the others. And let me not be remiss to sing the praises of the gym owner, Frank White. He is the primary reason why I decided to invest financially in my health at THIS gym. He's simply amazing!

Frank and all his trainers make hard work (and trust it last hard) fun. They encourage you to give maximum effort for outstanding results. But don’t just take my word for it. The trainers are very knowledgeable, they're patient with you and their energy is literally through the roof. I also love that you're never doing the same workout. It's something different every single day.

Started coming here about 20lbs ago, and have seen others do the same. I got rid of the weight and have kept it off by going to regular classes. It’s a different workout everyday so you won’t get bored or work the same muscles over and over.
