Experiencia fantástica: Cannot recommend this gym enough! Everyone is super welcoming and will make you feel right at home. You don’t get judged on what you can and can’t do and everyone’s workouts gets scaled down to what they are able to do. All the coach’s are really helpful and friendly and all the workout aren’t like the crazy CrossFit workouts you see online. You actually feel like you’re improving your body’s health and making yourself better. No matter what you look like or what you’re able to do you are welcomed here.

Experiencia fantástica: At this point, it’s been three months since I’ve officially joined CrossFit Zachary. One of my favorite parts of joining CFZ gym is the community. I did not know what to expect. I thought it would be a ton of weight lifting and other stuff I would not be good at, but to my surprise it was fun! You’re not just a membership payment to them; you’re a person that needs and receives tons of support. I clicked instantly with members of the coaching staff and other athletes. The friendly competition in class pushes me to try harder. Plus it’s nice to know that I will see some friendly faces when I show up to the 9am class. If I had to describe the experience in one word, I’d say it was HUMBLING…Beginner to weight training like me – If you have NEVER weight trained before (or trained only on machines), CrossFit Zachary is a great place for you to start! They have the best coaching staff as it’s okay to modify a workout. You just have to be the best version of yourself! With a sideline of coaches, my husband and staff cheering you on at the finish line there’s no way I will not achieve my personal goals! Thank you CFZ for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: I started CrossFit about 3 months ago to get into shape. I was nervous to start because CrossFit can have a reputation for being intense. I had talked to a lot of friends that loved their local CrossFit, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I love the great people and atmosphere that CrossFit Zachary has to offer. It is such a welcoming and supportive community. Everyone I have met so far is there for the same reason - to feel better about themselves by achieving their personal fitness goals. CrossFit Zachary is especially good at helping people achieve their goals by first meeting you where you are. I did not expect or realize that there were so many different accommodations and modifications available for each workout. For example, I do not have very mobile wrists, but with the help of the coaches at CrossFit Zachary, that has never stopped me from completing a workout. I could go on forever about how great this place is, but I am currently late for my workout.

Everyone of them are highly knowledgeable, and take the time with each member to critique form and technique so that we can perform strong, safe, and efficient movements. I highly recommend CFZ to anyone, regardless of your age or current level of fitness. They do a great job of scaling lifts and workouts to tailor to your needs and abilities.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Zachary actually took the time to teach the movements first, making sure safety is a priority. Even after completing the instructional sessions the coaches continue to correct form and give excellent advice during workouts. The workouts throughout each week target both numerous muscle groups and cardio, I have gained in both departments. It’s nice that working out is not mundane! Also, the atmosphere is very family oriented; meaning bringing your kids is not a problem as a kids safe room is provided and the other CrossFitters will welcome and motivate you. Lastly, the equipment is great, well maintained, cleaned, and simple to use. Between the two CrossFit memberships I have had CrossFit Zachary is certainly the best!

Experiencia fantástica: After being out of the gym for a couple of years I decided to try CrossFit for the whole body experience. Several of my friends have recommended that I get into to relieve myself of the “gym routine”. I was hesitant at first but I signed up with CFZ a few months ago and I have loved every minute of it. Fabian and the rest of the coaches are amazing. They are also involved in classes as participants when not coaching. They practice what they preach. I have learned a lot of very good techniques which I hadn’t known in all the years going to the gym and working with personal trainers. Fabian and the team also take into consideration the injuries I have had in the past from competitive sports and allow me to work at a level that is comfortable, yet still demanding. The other people I have met while at CFZ are all very welcoming and help bring out the best in each other. I am sold on CrossFit now and more importantly, CFZ.

After interviewing her and vetting site l, i read her proof and i honestly was ready to sign up and folks i haven't done anything more srtrenuous than lift a fork of pulled pork since leaving the Military in 2002. Workouts can be scaled to meet you where you are and there is no pressure, just support! I would definitely recommend CFZ to anyone looking for a new gym.

The coaches pay close attention to the specific needs of each member and tailor the movements for the best benefits! CFZ takes what can seem like an intimidating workout / environment and makes it inviting and fun for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. You don't need ANY experience to begin here. This is a judgement free, open environment set on improving the lives of its members and community.
