Experiencia fantástica: Customer service………they are very professional and friendly. Club…….looks very clean and well maintained. Pool area……nice pool temperature, clean area, very well lit. Could use one more lap lane. Locker room…….very clean and spacious. It would be nice to have a wet bathing suit spinning machine. Over all…….only been going there for a couple of weeks……impressed so far.

They have tons of equipment, so even when it’s busy, you can still get on one of the machines you need. The pool is super nice, and I really enjoy the cardio room. Above all, the staff here has been very patient, helpful, and kind every time I have been in.

He always greets members with a smile and makes sure everyone feels welcome. he goes out of his way to ensure the gym is clean, organized, and fully functional. Whether it’s offering workout tips, answering questions, or just providing motivation, Cohen brings a positive energy that makes working out more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym, especially with Cohen on the team!

Experiencia fantástica: Huge Thank you to Nathan for managing a very chaotic day immediately flowing Hurricane Helene. He did a great job assisting both members and non members during a time of stress with power outages, water outages and down cell towers. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I did a lot of research and made a couple calls prior due to the gym community is very important for me and picky about selecting the right one. Many were as you expect, but I do want to highlight Danielle and this gym. Danielle was super friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions. She did not make me feel rushed at all, even with my tons of questions. This gym is now on the top of my list because if someone can make you feel so welcome just over the phone, that’s where I want to be.

The Fit for Life classes are also great if you can fit them in your schedule. I’m a mid 60’s woman who is exercising for the first time and can’t believe how good I feel!

Danielle is amongst one of my favorite staff members. She is always bubbly and willing to help with whatever is needed. You won’t regret joining FHFC!

Connie has an upbeat personality along with her teaching that has inspired me to continue this class. Connie helped me to regain my Mobility . . . she has 5 STARS from me.

Experiencia positiva: I am not giving you a 5 because I have a gripe about something very simple to fix. Over Labor Day weekend the pool was closed Sunday and Monday. No signs posted anywhere! There was an 81/2 x 11 framed sheet on the desk with bunch of text. Buried in that text was the information about the pool. How about a big sign on the desk POOL CLOSED? Or a big red sign on the door to the pool room, POOL CLOSED? Better yet, since you have every member’s email address, shot gun out a notice when the pool is closed or the jacuzzi pool is closed? You shot gun out marketing emails. Why not status emails too? I wasted time coming the FHF Franklin, changing into my bathing suit, going to the pool door, only to find it was locked with no sign on the door. Ridiculous.

Experiencia positiva: Enjoy going to the club. Mostly to swim. Wish there was better (ANY!!!) water pressure in the women's shower. The water pressure is non existent. I can never wash my hair there - have to leave with wet hair and go home to wash it!

Experiencia fantástica: FHF is absolutely the best gym I’ve ever joined. All the equipment is top of the line and they’re kept in good conditions. They are constantly making sure that improvements are done to accommodate people’s needs. The expanded area at the back made it even more spacious to get your workout done more comfortably. As for the classes, I particularly love all the yoga ones with Miss Sharon, but I hear from my friends that the boot camp by Miss Cheryl is also great. I also love the rewards program and am constantly using the benefit of exchanging my points by some sort of merchandise or sweepstakes. One last thing: the staff is super friendly and always ready to help, not to mention that they’re on top of the cleanliness all the time. Keep up with the good work FHF! I love y’all! Marta Schwimer

Experiencia negativa: I love the water aerobics and Connie is the best instructor ever she makes class fun and makes us work out. What I don't appreciate about ur fitness club is u don't honor the silver sneakers for seniors. When I belonged to another fitness center our classes were free. They didn't charge us 20 a month almost as much as a regular membership. I think this is a rip off to the seniors. Other than that I love the fitness center and love my classes.

April (ZUMBA) has always brought the best energy, kicks my booty into gear in class, & is overall super fun! Brooke (DANCE2FIT) is so attentive to making the ladies feel welcomed, empowered, not judged, and offers such a unique upbeat class that has kept me coming and sticking to my goals! Sharon (YOGA) is full of knowledge, light, and all of the best things yoga has to offer. These ladies are my main reason I keep coming back to this gym! ✨️✨️✨️
