Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for almost two weeks, I’ve been to many crossfit gyms. Their halo system is really cool and helps to streamline the workouts. I especially love how I don’t have to run across the room 3-4 times to pick up and drop weights. Classes and programming are efficient, fun, and challenging. Staff and patrons are friendly. They actually have WATER in the fridge and don’t over charge for a bottle.

The fact I had my own workout station made it feel more personalized. Programming is well thought out and keeps you moving the entire time. Incredible value for a 50 minute session. Experiencia fantástica: I love that I joined crossfit. It's not the same old routine, and very fun. I love that Jeff will let you know if you need more weight added or less weight. He isn't just standing there letting you figure it out. He knows when you look confused on something and confronts you about it. Which helps you speak up so he can help you. He sets you up for success and results.

I met the coach Mr. Jeff and he allowed me to workout at my pace with much encouragement from him and the rest of the team. Mr. Jeff is very knowledgeable in fitness, his very professional and super respectful, and sincerely caring.

The coaches are very encouraging and are great with instruction and breakdown of each movement. Safety is priority at crossfit 797, they will work with you until proper form is achieved before loading the bar with more weight. Dont hesitate to ask for more instruction or help if needed each and every coach is great about explaining and breaking down the workout. Crossfit 797 has been a life changing experience for me and my health I truly would recommend to all my friends and family.

Experiencia negativa: Went to this gym for a couple months. The Owner is very friendly and welcoming and so are the rest of the coaches. Maybe my standards are just too high but my issue with this gym was the actual coaching itself, they spend almost no time going over technique, sometimes they'd just show you a quick youtube video of a complex lift and then just get started on the wod. They kind of just let members do their lifts with bad form. I also never seemed to see the coach challenging his athletes to push themselves. This place was also a bit filthy which is really a pet peeve (to me).

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and help you feel comfortable with the workouts. If there is something you can’t do or don’t feel comfortable doing they always provide alternatives that better suit your specific capabilities.

Jeff is one of the best coaches I’ve ever come across; as a newbie to CrossFit, he took the time to work with me on certain movements and techniques that were new to me, and he does that with everyone that comes to the gym for the first time! All members are there to workout hard but somehow they still manage to have a very welcoming atmosphere, it’s an awesome community! I’m much stronger than I was a year ago thanks to the great programming at CF797.

The owner and coaches are great and will walk you through it all to make sure you understand how to properly do the movements. The atmosphere here is also wonderful. I love the diversity with in the gym from all different ages/ sizes, just a group of hardworking people working toward the same goal- a healthier you! Members are very friendly and will introduce themselves and take you under their wing! Jeff is great at answering any questions and is very knowledgeable. CrossFit 797 does a wonderful job coaching form and not allowing classes to become too overcrowded. Good form is key to a successful fitness plan. There will be coaches/trainers walking around your class time to make sure you are using correct form to avoid injuries. To some CrossFit may seem scary but it is something anyone can do. All movements can be scaled and modified to something that will work for you. For those with previous arthritis/orthopedic problems, movements can be modified to help regain that range of motion you’ve been lacking! If you are wanting extra help with nutrition or supplements Jeff would be more than happy to help! I have been a member for over 2 years now and after trying out other gyms/ fitness paths this has been the one that has kept me the most accountable! Experiencia fantástica: I worked out at a gym prior to coming to CF797 , a friend had been trying to get me to come give it a try, I always found a reason that I couldn’t go, and honestly, the word “Crossfit” intimidated me!!! I finally decided to step out of my comfort zone and go to a class! I was hooked from day 1 and haven’t looked back since!!! The atmosphere is completely different from what I was used to at a regular gym, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, I’ve met a lot of great people and made some even better friends! Everyone is so encouraging!!! I like that it doesn’t matter if you can’t do exactly what the workout is! There are always modifications for things! You’re only in competition with yourself! Don’t compare yourself to everyone else!! The hardest part is showing up! You won’t regret giving it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I think one of my favorite parts of Crossfit 797 is the positive atmosphere. Everyone builds each other up no matter what level of fitness they are currently. When I first started it was very intimidating but l was put at ease almost right from the start. Everyone is focused on his or her own improvement so if you aren’t very fit you don’t feel singled out at all. So you can focus on yourself and not worry about how out of shape you are compared to the guy next to you. Leave your ego at the door and just do your best!
