The challenge was awesome, and the instructor gave good instructions on how to use the equipment and how to modify the moves for your level. You should definitely try it out. You will be very sweaty...and they even provide a towel on each climber. If you are looking for a fun experience and a way to burn lots of calories quickly...this is for you. Just Do It!

AND they now offer group classes on the Versa Climbers called “MPClimb”. Ali, Henry, and Carly will lead you through a 30+ minute versa climber workout that kicks butt and is fun!
