Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love to be able to workout in this gym and having John Sherman as my trainer. Super experienced, very professional and knowledgeable, When I go I notice every program is different and really tailored to my specific needs and request. The Nutritional coaching is wonderful as well. If you want to get result, here is the place and Mr Sherman will make it happen (of course you got to do your part). Gym is clean and organized. I highly recommend this place!

Tony tailors his program to my needs and existing injuries, continues to bust my butt, he is personable, intelligent, knows his business. Easy to talk and communicate with well worth the money. Likes to push the envelope.
