Experiencia negativa: Great selection of equipment but this place is DIRTY. The floors are especially gross and haven’t been cleaned in at least 2 months but I guarantee it’s been longer. I refuse to do a calisthenics like pushups or anything where I have to contact the floor other than with the bottom of my shoes.

Experiencia negativa: Nothing wrong with the gym but the people that go there are the problem. Bunch of disrespectful lazy people that won't put the weights or equipment away. The place is typically a mess with stuff just thrown everywhere. Locker rooms are pretty bad too. Trash everywhere, lockers are broken, and someone uses entirely too much cologne. Other than that stuff pretty decent place.

Experiencia negativa: My husband has been a member of this gym for years, because we like to support small town businesses and there isn’t many other options for people who truly like to work out in a place that isn’t overcrowded. However, equipment is often broken, restrooms are not maintained (as there is no staff to maintain them), and he has been locked out on more than one occasion (because night staff shut something off and there’s no one there to fix it the next day and no “emergency call” number for situations like this). It’s a great gym when things work properly, but as of lately it’s been going downhill.

Experiencia negativa: There is never any staff to be found. They don't return phone calls or emails. When someone does answer, he is very rude and has no customer service what so ever! Very, very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this gym.

Experiencia positiva: I joined this gym because their website advertised a plethora of West Side equipment. Upon signing up, there's only two pieces in the gym. The sauna/steam room has been out of order since I joined and they don't have a single barbell with the center knurling, all they have are deadlift bars with worn out knurling. please add a couple bars for squating and maybe more iron plates for the Hammer Strength and Nautilus plate loaded machines. Update in response to the gym's comment: The website used to have a video montage of all the equipment the gym had. In that video was quite a few pieces Westside equipment. I never joined for a sauna, but saw there was one in the locker room. If you're not going to fix it, why not add another toilet or shower with all the current remodeling?

Experiencia negativa: Waited 20 minutes at the front desk to talk to someone about getting in, no one ever showed up (this was within staff hours). Gym looks nice but staff seem to be non existent

Experiencia positiva: Lots of great new Atlantis equipment. 24/7 access. Big con is that almost no one puts their plates back, very rude.
