Experiencia fantástica: Been here for a year and it’s a great gym and it’s got wonderful coaches that push you to be your best. The classes are very helpful and It’s good for anyone looking to compete, learn self defense, or just looking to get in shape and want a fun hobby.

Experiencia fantástica: After doing BJJ for a while I wanted a bit more. Seeing that this was the best MMA gym in my area I tried it out. Starting this gym was one of the best decisions I ever made. Zach is a great coach and I’m glad he’s the one to show me the ropes

The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, the community is supportive and fun, and the price is the best value I’ve seen in the Charlotte area. Experiencia fantástica: The owner Zack was very helpful and patient giving me details over the phone for the kid boxing class. Instructor Ben was super friendly and fun. My friend's daughter is kinda of shy and she feels comfortable here. I think this is a great gym and an excellent program for kids and adults. This place is the real deal!

Experiencia fantástica: Took myself and my son to train. Coaches are good and know what they are doing. If you want to learn to fight seems like a legit place for it. Reminds me of an old school gym like in one of the Rocky movies
