Experiencia fantástica: Been looking for a good gym that’s not too crowded and has enough space and equipment. This place is a really great deal. Like $22/month and they have everything you could need to lift or stay in shape. I can also go here at any time of day and just buzz in and it’s not slam packed. Ive enjoyed the place. They keep it very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I spend a lot of time on the road for my business and it forces me to always be looking for a gym in the towns I travel. Gastonia while nice in some areas is a drug infested dump on others. My expectations were very low when I got to the gym. When I arrived the front door was locked so I was a little disappointed but quickly noticed a sign with instructions for a day pass. I opened the website and moments later had a day pass, it was completely painless and could be done even if the building wasn't staffed. I didn't understand there is an app the will allow you to open the door with your phone. I called and the owner answered walked me through the app, then opened the door when he figured out I was calling him from the parking lot because I am an idiot. He gave me a quick rundown of the gym and visited for a few minutes then turned me loose. I was surprised with the variety of equipment and the size of the gym. I have been working out for years and this is the perfect gym for me. They have some nice gear that is fairly new, some old gear that targets muscle groups well, plenty of cardio equipment. The bathrooms were clean and never seemed to be a wait. There is a small town feel to this place that almost reminds me of home. I liked it enough to go ahead and sign up for a monthly membership l, typically I buy day passes when I travel but I liked this place enough to be able to go back anytime I am in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Goins Strong is coinvent to where I live. Only takes me 10min to get there. They have a wide verity of gym equipment which is nice. I went when it was busy and when it was slow. Everyone minds their own business. You will see a few people congregating and smiling. My husband joined this gym and after he brought me with him one time for a day pass I decided to join later on. I really love their Jacobs ladder. I have never seen one at any other gym and it was a lot of fun for cardio. It will kick your butt though. Bathroom has lockers and a bench, saunas are in the bathrooms which is nice so you can sit with same gender or alone. Overall a great gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here since about the end of March when my other gym closed down. And I got to say this is the best around. I should have started going here to start with. Great equipment, clean facility and the owners are great people who actually care about their place. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to start their fitness journey!!

Very useful machines as well to target specific muscle groups. Friendly people, knowledgeable owners overall great gym for the price. 2 thumbs up!

Experiencia fantástica: I have only been going here for a few months. It's a nice, family owned gym. They may not have everything, but I honestly don't know what they don't have to complain. It's certainly plenty of equipment, weights, and machines for those who are members. They are also constantly trying to find new equipment to make the place the best it can be. My wife has been taking the classes and is pleased with the training and care taken with her.

Experiencia fantástica: This place feels like my own little personal gym. No gimmicks to be found here. Most of the equipment in the front room is dedicated to traditional free weights and cardio equipment. There are a handful of machines and a large cable system as well. The second room is more dedicated toward CrossFit workouts with ample open space, slam balls, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, etc. The owners even offer fitness classes for an additional fee that is sure to get anyone into shape. The back room has several heavy bags for those wishing to add a little boxing to their workout. I love this gym. I can come by after work and it's not overly crowded like the big mega fitness centers. Instead, I get to workout with good people that are all interested in getting healthy and fit; none of those stereotypical macho workout types. Everyone is there to help each other when needed and we don't judge one another. You can only lift 5 pounds? Great! You lift that 5 pounds and get your workout in.

Experiencia fantástica: Goins Strong is the best place to get fit! With a reasonable price and great community, I'm only mad that I didn't join sooner. They have everything you need for any type of fitness level and interest. Whether you're into free weights, machines, cross fit, or cardio, you'll find something you love! The hardest part of fitness is finding motivation to work out, but going to Goins Strong Fitness Gym is something I look forward every day! After trying multiple gyms around Gastonia and Dallas I've finally find one I'm happy to settle with!
